The Faithful 1000 Campaign

At Immanuel Christian School, we believe God has been faithful to our community for generations, and we also believe He invites us to be faithful stewards of what He has entrusted to us.

The Faithful 1000 Campaign is a community-wide initiative designed to strengthen the long-term future of Immanuel Christian School by building financial stability beyond tuition alone. Our vision is simple but significant. One day, we prayerfully hope to own our own school property, allowing our investments to grow, repairs and upkeep to be sustainable, and our ministry to have a permanent home for generations to come.

Historically, Christian schools have flourished not through tuition alone, but through faithful giving, especially when needs arise. This campaign invites individuals, families, and businesses to come together and take part in something lasting, right here in Durham Region.

What Is the Faithful 1000?

The Faithful 1000 represents 1000 faithful commitments coming together to build a strong foundation for our school’s future. Each commitment, whether large or small, plays a meaningful role.

Many small steps put together can build something lasting.

There are two ways to participate.

Individuals and Families

Monthly Giving. Lasting Impact.

This stream is designed for individuals and families who are able to commit to a monthly recurring gift.

For $10 per month for one year, you can purchase one Brick of Faith. Your monthly gift is conveniently and automatically charged, and your commitment is recognized inside the school as part of our Hall of Faith.

Each brick represents:

  • Faithful commitment

  • Shared responsibility

  • Hope for the future of Christian education at ICS

Your name, your family name, or the text of your choice will be displayed on a brick inside the school as a visible reminder that our community builds together.

While giving is sacrificial, we have made it intentionally accessible. One brick is the cost of just a few coffees each month, redirected toward something eternal.

Business Partners

One-Time Gifts. Enduring Legacy.

Local businesses and organizations play a vital role in strengthening our school and our broader community. Our Business Partner stream is designed for those who prefer to give through a one-time donation. Families and Individuals may also contribute in this way if preferred.

Business partners are recognized with larger plaques displayed within the Hall of Faith, acknowledging their generosity and leadership. 

Business contributions help accelerate progress toward our long-term goals and demonstrate visible community support for Christian education.

The Hall of Faith and the Bricks

Inside Immanuel Christian School, the Hall of Faith serves as a tangible reminder of God’s provision through His people.

Each Brick of Faith represents a step taken by someone who chose to invest in the future of our school. Together, these bricks form a growing wall that tells a powerful story of faithfulness, sacrifice, and unity.

It is not just about recognition for its own sake. It is about testimony. A testimony to our students, our families, and our community that this school is supported, prayed for, and built through shared commitment.
